Company deleted?
What to do if your company was deleted because the annual reports were not submitted on time?
If your company fails to submit its annual report by the deadline, the e-Business Register will first send a reminder with a new deadline for submission. However, if the missing annual report is not submitted by this deadline either, the e-Business Register has the right to delete the company from the register. If the company is deleted due to failure to submit the annual report, it is possible to reinstate the company within three years from the deletion.
To reinstate the company, the following steps must be taken:
prepare a reinstatement application in the e-Business Register portal
submit the missing annual reports
sign the application
pay a state fee of 200 euros
submit the application to the e-Business Register

If the company was a VAT payer before deletion and you want to reinstate the VAT number, you must separately contact the Tax and Customs Board.
